An invite link won't open

Open it on the iPhone that has Bunchly, straight from the message. Each invite works once, for 48 hours, so ask for a new one if it's older or someone already used it.

My family's changes aren't showing up

Open Bunchly on both phones with an internet connection, then go to Settings, Family sharing, and tap Sync now. Changes usually arrive within a minute.

Store reminders don't pop up

Allow location "Always" for Bunchly in Settings on your iPhone, and turn on notifications. Without "Always", Bunchly still shows the reminder when you open it at the store.

Daycare, school and club updates

Families: in Bunchly, go to Settings, Daycare & school updates, and scan or type the code. Organizers: sign in here to post updates.
